Had my brows done today by the lovely Jade. May I start off by saying how welcoming and polite she was!! I experience excellent customer service from start to finish. Jade perfected my brows the way I wanted them and gave me advice on how to style them at home. I’ll definitely be coming back to the counter again. Thank you Jade❤️

Abbie did our eyebrows, waxing and tinting. She was amazing, she was friendly and kind and made sure we had the best experience whilst we were there. She talked us through what she was doing and made sure we were okay the whole time. She made us feel comfortable and she was very professional!! Would highly recommend x

Darcy was the amazing stylist to carried out my brow wax and tint. She was amazing, friendly and professional. I usually go to the team in Cardiff but I was in the area for work and thought why not try other branches.She put me at ease straight away!Such amazing service. If I'm in the area and my brows need doing I'll sure book back it.

Haven’t been for a while but when I went to get a lip wax and a brow wax/tint I found the service was amazing! Abbie was a gem in showing me how to care for my brows and even helped me with some skincare issues I’ve been having and I ended up buying the new face masks and some of the new skincare line. Absolutely grateful for Abbie’s services 10/10!!

Had my first wax and tint with Abbie on Saturday and I am so pleased with the results, she made me feel at ease with the whole proceeds and kept checking at every step to make sure nothing came at a shock.
