He even helped me with a minor warranty fault with the vehicle after purchase, calling the warranty company, helping with bookings and made the whole transaction smooth and efficient. 100% recommend!!

Great service from start to finish. From the first phone call you'll know you are in safe hands and most importantly aren't being ripped off if you're part exchanging your old car. They give very fair trade in values and are decent enough to be transparent with their valuations so that you can see in black and white what your car is worth and that the figure isn't being pulled out of thin air! On connecting with AM Autohaus I was surprised but delighted with the high quality service on offer from them. From my initial interest in their vehicle through to the delivery of my Mercedes-Benz CLS, I was absolutely delighted with the personal interest shown in completing the sale. Being thorough and understanding throughout the process and even ensuring the personalised number plate was organised through DVLA, it was a great experience and am delighted to express my appreciation to Mo for all his work in making this a memorable purchase.

I have nothing but good words to say for Mo who is the owner of this dealership, firstly we called last minute for a viewing of a BMW 1 Series that was in stock and Mo went above and beyond and fitted us in despite being super busy at the time. The car itself was immaculate and had been prepared to a fantastic standard but what was even better than that was the customer service that was provided by Mo. He made us feel so comfortable and at no point did we feel pressured and there was no annoying sales pitch it was literally like we were talking to a friend, our experience with Mo was the most positive experience we've ever had over all the years we've been buying and looking at cars.Unfortunately due to our own car budget we just couldn't stretch enough to buy the car on this occasion but we genuinely felt gutted that we couldn't buy the car off of Mo because we felt the service was amazing and he really deserved the sale.Rest assured if you are looking into a car from this dealership you will have the most positive experience possible, I wish all dealerships had a Mo working for them.

*Update as I cannot leave another review as I’ve already left one…I approached Mo again after such a great service, just asking for advice on the market, prices etc and didn’t realise Mo actually also bought cars direct. Mo honestly just makes processes so simple. We agreed a price for the car I bought a year ago over within a day or so, I shared some pictures back of the car, sent in my settlement and Mo literally arranged for transport to come and collect the car direct from my house. Like everyone, I struggle with time outside of work and family and Mo just truly made the process so simple. Thank you Mo! Anyone looking to sell a car or buy (or both!) give Mo a call. Genuine guy and just a great to work with.I was in communication with Mo at AM Autohaus for a few days as I was travelling for work. The car I enquired about was unfortunately placed on hold and reserved. I was looking for a car with FSH, low miles and taken care of, you could tell by the pictures and it's history it had been. I was gutted to hear the car was on hold but Mo said he would let me know if it fell through. True to his work, a day or two later, the chap purchasing the car couldn't get finance and was offered to myself. We agreed a 'virtual' deal for my part ex and honestly, I cannot explain how down to earth Mo was throughout the call, emails and communication in general. I visited a few days later on a weekend, went for a drive and again Mo was super relaxed, I had his undivided attention and no question or request was too big or too silly. I felt super comfortable dealing with Mo and all cars purchased through him come with an exceptional warranty. I'm loving the car, it drives superb! I had to follow up with Mo regarding the battery on the car a few days (maybe 6-7 or so..) and literally without hesitation, Mo found the nearest dealer to me of my choice, paid over the phone so all I had to do was bring the car. Unbelievable. Thank you Mo again. Cannot recommend high enough.
