Wonderful experience!I was told elsewhere that Ineeded to spend up to £500 to repair my Watch, and claimed it wasn’t the battery. Walsh Bros saved the day and told me I only needed to change the battery for £12.50. Needless to say they are marvellous!

Had my engagement and wedding ring as well as another family ring resized and replated. Honest advice and good service. Very happy with results.

Excellent service from Joe. I had some 24 kt gold coins that I wanted to sell. Super smooth service with Joe. I used the money to purchase a limited edition watch that celebrates the 80th anniversary of the Dambusters raid. Only 50 watches will be made (by Zero West watches. Each watch will contain a small aluminium disc in the case back from the recovered wreckage of Lancaster ED825 which survived the raid but was shot down over France some weeks later. Thank you Joe for helping make this happen.

100% positive experience with Walsh Bros. I have had a number of interactions with them in the last few months, from a valuation, to fixing the claws on my Mother's ring, to buying 2 beautiful pieces. Their service is outstanding but I was most impressed by how they treated every person who came in. Whether it was for a watch battery, simply to look or to buy I witnessed them treat everyone as though they were the most special person who had walked through the door that day. They are genuinely lovely people and their workmanship is excellent. I can not recommend them more highly.

My recommendation for Walsh Bros is based on repair work they did not do rather than work they did. I took in a damaged antique ring and they assessed it then advised me to return it to the original retailer because of poor condition of certain elements of the ring.So instead of charging me a tidy sum to fix it themselves, they instead gave me the right information to get it fixed for free elsewhere. Nice.

Having been a client of another jeweller for many years and their service begining to lack I have recently been using Walsh Bros.I am so angry with myself that I didn’t come here sooner!!!!
