Fantastic service for 13 years until today as receptionist is rude, ignorant and argumentative.I may use a wheelchair however have three University degrees and not stupid.She refuses to believe that I phoned for a repair two days ago and had the repair done very poorly.

Would like to say a massive thank you to ruth at Westmarc Stirling for all the time she had to make sure my chair was comfortable for my disability alot of calls visiting but I now have independence back thank you so much

My son has electric chair and it break every other week it’s very badly made and he has to wait a week for a repair and then when the guy comes to fix it he doesn’t have the right parts. It’s a disgrace that he’s left at home in bed with absolute no independence because they don’t have enough staff and don’t store enough parts. He has lost 5 stone in weight so you can imagine how much too big this chair is for him but they refused to give him a smaller one and want to put blocks in it instead of a new one it’s disgusting th way disabled people are treated

Great service from westmarc in no time at all they replaced my wifes electric wheelchair which she relies on daily great service very well run and great staff so helpful as always.and having been with westmarc for over 17 years im sure my feedback matters and counts and as always a big thanks to all staff at yoker depot and rest of staff thanks

I have always found the engineers from westmarc to be exceptionally polite and helpful. Last week I emailed them in an emergency as an airline lost my wheelchair, they were very reassuring and had a new wheelchair delivered to me upon my return home.

I have been waiting more than 8 months for a new powered chair which is vital for my independence. I have Muscular Dystrophy and now require the use of my powered chair full-time.I don't mean to get snippy with you, but you're useless secretary couldn't even tell me what country my wheelchair is coming from. I would be more than willing to send a family member to go pick it up.I'm so sick of the NHS using COVID as an excuse for these injustices to the disabled. I'll say it once and twice that it is Brexit and a lack of migrant workers. I am really disgusted that you can't even supply me with vital equipment! I have been stuck in bed and with a wheelchair too small as it causes me severe nerve pain!Can't you just tell me where my new powered chair Is coming from?*Update*I got my chair eventually an I'm happy with the smoothness of the ride of my new Aviva RX40, despite some small teething problems it's still great to have a more spacious chair.

Very poor service from engineer.Refused to acknowledge a problem and basically high trailed it.Son identified problem and proper engineer from family fixed the problem very quickly.Was told that I would need to wait over the weekend before I would be dealt with by an engineer.No call out service in place at weekends - totally unacceptable.Charlie McGarvey
