carla is lovely but sadly didn’t like the way her partner treated my dog on the way out and because of this i don’t really feel comfortable enough to bring him back, such a shame

I been to this place when i pick my dogs i was shocked how they looks like they cut them opposite way we are asking for and they saying this is the best they can do for our dogs she make a big mistake when she wasn't call me just make by self decision I never ever go this place again and not recommended to anyone.

I have an akita, mikko was so chilled getting groomed normally he hates the drier but he seemed nice and calm with Carla. I have taken him to places like pets at home and he's never been as soft as what he was today. he just smells delicious and he's so fluffy now. thank you so much! you made him look like a puppy again!

My dog had his 1st groom at Ronnie's yesterday and what a fantastic job Carla did he came home looking and smelling gorgeous and acting very proud of himself and she really cares about the animals. Will be going there everytime. Highly recommend Ronnie's dog grooming.

Carla transformed our Cockapoo puppy Reuben. We are delighted with his first groom. Carla's love of dogs is obvious and I am looking forward to Reuben's future grooming with her. Absolutely first class
