We have a 6 year old shitzu who we had just recently got. I got in touch with Lyn as she is mobile and I felt it would be better for Charlie if he got his first groom in the house. Lyn got back to me really quickly and went over everything first on the phone. She was absolutely amazing with Charlie - attention to every possible detail. She’s a lovely person as well we were chatting away as if we had known each other for a long time. Cannot recommend her enough will not go anywhere else for Charlie’s grooming now, actually looking forward to itThank you so much Lyn

My cockapoo has been going to Lyn to be groomed since she was a puppy. She is quite a nervous and shy dog but Lyn is amazing with her, making her feel at ease and talking to her every step of the way. She makes a great job of grooming for a really great price and I couldn’t recommend her more!

I have an elderly black Labrador (11 years) who is sensitive and can be nervous. I have never found her to settle at a dog grooming shop and was looking for someone to come to the house. Before coming Lyn discussed with me the grooming options and we agreed for the 1st time to just opt for a groom (no bath). Lyn felt it was important to build up trust with our dog which was very reassuring. Our dog never really sits very well when we attempt to groom her, but she did not take long to relax with Lyn who was very caring and understanding around our dog but also assertive. After the groom her coat was gleaming and with Lyn incorporating some gentle massage our dog was looking and feeling very good. I highly recommend Lyn for dog grooming she is very knowledgeable and happy to discuss your dogs health and well being and to share her knowledge. I was amazed at her precision when clipping our dogs claws. It is also great that Lyn is mobile which means our dog is more settled during the session in her home surroundings. Great job thank you.

Lyn spent so long with our pup during her first groom, getting her used to the clippers and scissors, and talking to her the whole time. She does such a great job, checking the condition of Isla’s coat and skin, and leaving her looking neat and tidy. Lyn is very reasonably priced to top it off!
