Elbon Blinds

We’ve had Jon fit blinds for us before about 11 years old and we were delighted with them then. We decided to change to shutters, we used Jon again and as before we are delighted with the results. I would highly recommend Elbon Blinds and would definitely use them again.

**DO NOT USE**Company took over a month to fit all blinds as failed to measure them properly. Had 3 visits to the property and on 3rd visit a camera was installed and caught the worker sitting on the sofa before and after fitting and then getting up to stare at photos in the corner of the room away from any windows or blinds?! Why?!I feel very uncomfortable and would urge people not the let them in your house.

We were surprised at the bad reviews as we used them for the whole house a few years ago and they were brilliant.So when we wanted the conservatory done they were the obvious choice .They turned up on time to measure up.BUT......That was the last we saw or heard from them.We called a week later to see if they had worked out the price but were told the person who came to measure was out but would call back.So that was two weeks ago, and guess what?Still no call.Odd they wasted their (and our) time coming to measure and then not even bother to give a price.I have recommended them in the past but I can't do that anymore and have taken ourbusiness elsewhere.

Had a very unpleasant experience. Went to the shop in Leigh and agreed upon a home appointment for measure and quote after 5 days. Failed to turn up on the appointment day and didn't bother to call to let us know. Called them back and upon enquiry was told they were busy and hence failed to turn up. Thinking it was a one off, I agreed for another appointment the next day. We waited once again and would you believe it!!!!! ....... Didn't turn up once again.!!!! Once again there wasn't any courtesy call to let us know. It was a complete waste of our valuable time especially when we had a schedule to stick to. Cannot recommend such unprofessional firms to anyone.

We are very happy with our wooden venetian blinds and matching perfect fit. They look amazing. Thanks to Steve for a great job and will definitely recommend.

I'll give them one star as there's not an option for zero.Went in, made an appointment to measure our windows for the following week and nothing happened. Called but no answer. After the third attempt I got through and got an apology saying they'd be round in two days. Two days later, again nothing. I called, no answer so I went down to see them. Spoke to someone else who took my number saying they'd ring to make arrangements. That was three weeks ago. I couldn't recommend them less, in fact after seeing the review here with the lady having the same problem I kind of wonder how they still operate. Perhaps they're running it down?

Elbon blinds were a recommendation to me and I couldnt be happier. Jon was really helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble, he popped round to measure up and gave me various options for bay window blinds. And all competitively priced too. Jon me up dated on when he was planning to be ready for install, and 2.5 weeks later they have been installed by Jon in a couple of hours and they look great. I'm really happy with them.If you're looking for a local family business, with loads of experience and knowledge in all manner of blinds then Elbon Blinds are one of the best around. Thanks Jon
