Seems like a special place for people to live. Very secure entry process and good lift to get up to the floor I needed to go to. I also was able to find parking outside. It's very convenient to the centre of Exeter too.

My wife and I have lived at Homecourt for almost 13 years and are very happy here. The people here are mostly very friendly although with over 100 flats there are a few residents who are ignorant and won't even pass the time of day. Our only concern is that in the past few months a number of laundry items have disappeared.
