After finding I had an exhaust filter problem and then needing to have a follow up appointment the servicing team lead by Allen Bathers was absolutely superb. My Evoque developed a knocking noise whilst on holiday and the dealership told me to bring it straight in to be checked. We road tested it and it the diagnosis was confirmed on the ramp. If they had had the part they would have fitted it there and then. Great service.

Outstanding serviceThis is not your usual corporate Land Rover dealer but is staffed by people who actually care and give service which I did not think existed anymore. Having bought a Discovery from a Land Rover dealer in Scotland I noticed a whine - phoned Settle and was told I could take it in that afternoon to have it checked,.less than a week later we have it back with a new rear diff and no whine -experienced mechanics who know what they are doing. Also had some concerns about paint colours on some panels that I hadn't noticed on buying it, very poor match.Mentioned this to them, their body and paint shop have matched it perfectly and for much less than a local paint shop quoted - again experienced staff who know how to do an exceptional job. All this was sorted out by service manager Matthew who is just the sort of person you need to deal with when you have car problems.Have used bigger Land Rover dealers for years, I won't anymore. Well done all at Ribblesdale and thanks for sorting out the car so professionally.

Travelling in Yorkshire, when I had a major puncture on a Friday night. Phoned Ribblesdale early Saturday morning and asked if they had Range Rover low profile tyre. They said yes, bring the car in. Excellent service. Helpful staff. Can't praise them too highly.

My RRS was sounding unhappy! Allen Bathers the Workshop Controller, immediately came out for a test drive and the car was promptly booked in with a service car and repaired. A new diff was necessary and checks made for any ancillary damage etc.Very professional and meticulously checked and repaired. Great job. Thank you Allen and the service guys.

On the 3rd time of returning with the same issue Alan in service was allocated to the task and took the time to identify the issue and finally after 6 months the car is now fixed. His care and attention to detail and communication back to me as the customer was excellent.

We travelled to Settle after being let down by our local JLR franchise to buy a defender, we were put in the safe and capable hands of Cameron, who gave us freedom to explore the car and was beyond accommodating. Amazing experience buying a car for my father, Steve Arkwright looked after us in the perfect manor at all times, no hard sell, just informative and helpful throughout the transaction. Other sales personnel could learn an awful lot from Steve 10/10 - we will be back!!!!
