Really warm welcome from the pro. Excellent value and some challenging holes on the wind. Greens were spongy after heavy rain but playable. Well worth a visit.

Don't be fooled by the five holes nearest the clubhouse which are straight up and down with basic features. The remaining thirteen holes are on the other side of the main road and are set in some beautiful rolling countryside.The one drawback today was, due to persistent and sometimes heavy rain during our round, the greens were very soft and started to accumulate standing water in places which would be the same for many other courses.Friendly staff and good food in the clubhouse.I will definitely play here again.

Went with friends for lunch yesterday lovely lunch , limited menu but what we had was very tasty amazing views,infact booked for 4of us to go again on Saturday for lunch .

Fantastic course one of the hardest of the courses around Scarborough and bridlington area,a brilliant tree lined course and when you cross over the road it becomes very undulating and difficult not for the faint hearted but well worth a visit

The celebration 165 year anniversary of St Peter's with the parish. The service was Excellent and the food was delicious and of course not forgetting good company.

I'm not a golfer so I probably won't be here very often and I can't comment on the course, although it looked well kept.But in the clubhouse you will find a traditional feeling room with lots of wood and a small private dining room that really is throwback to a somewhat nicer time.The garden behind the clubhouse has spectacular views over the north bay and the castle.The staff are helpful and the kitchen turns out a fair dinner.I'd be happy to come back as guest but they probably wouldn't want me wrecking their well kept greens!
