Hiya don't suppose you do food parcels at all my sister lives on gypsy Road and she is unfortunately struggling at the moment getting sanctioned all the time and getting very little money she has 3 children and desperately needs a food parcel can you help with this at all or could ypu put me intouch with anyone at all I'd appreciate it if you can help thanks

Tesco were having extremely loud work being carried out by Blount Shutters from 11pm - 02:30 am. This work involved the cutting of metal, drilling etc keeping us awake. This tesco is in a residential area and neither Tesco or Blout seemed to care about breaking the 1974 pollution act.We got out of bed, unable to take this continued noise to go see what was going on. We were met by very rude abusive staff that were demanding where we lived. We called a tesco manager and Tom was as useful as a chocolate fireguard. He refused to take our complaint, names or contact number. Astounded by this behaviour by the tesco manager we took our complaint to Blount.Barbara at Blount took our complaint then we didn't hear back for a few days. We contacted her days later to discover that she spoke to her staff who denied this incident and nothing more was to come of it. It also seems that Tom, the tesco manager relayed the same story to his manager, Tony. All parties denied any of our complaint although we have photos and videos. Yet another massive organisation doing what the want when they want and enforcing a 'put up and shut up' attitude towards anyone who wishes to stand up for their rights, rights to sleep during the night that is.We have written a formal complaint to tesco and it has been a week and we have heard nothing back. How do civilians stand up for themselves when laws are being broken like this and staff are threatening and rude? Do we call the police and waste their time in future?RUDE, ABUSIVE, THREATENING AND NO REGARD FOR LOCAL RESIDENTS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.WE WILL CALL THE POLICE THE NEXT TIME THIS HAPPENS AND FILM IT ALL FOR PEOPLE TO SEE.They also have their glass bins (approx 10)emptied every day at 06:30,so this is our daily wake time. We hate living in this area, this supermarket brings us so much misery.

The superstore" name sets an expectation that Tesco does not deliver on. With its limited selection and frequent lack of essentials

Can I just say every time I come to this Tesco your toilets are absolutely disgusting, like do you not know the meaning of basic hygiene for goodness sake

Don’t know who but I don’t appreciate them member of your staff who has been telling my neighbour Shayne what medications I take and suggesting that you think I’m a theif. I certainly won’t be purchasing a single item from your store until them member off staff who is slandering me to my neighbour Shayne is put through disciplinary procedures
