me and my friend went to get our lashes done. they were £20. 1st of all they were applied horrible, very bumpy, very cheap extension lashes. i had to take mine off 2 days later due to them irritating my eyes and hurting, they ripped all of my real lashes off. my friend left hers on 2 weeks to let them naturally fall off. when they did, all of her lashes came off too. do not recommend. do not go.

The staff are very nice. I took my daughter to get her nails done for the first time as a treat. Nail extensions with the gel/powder on top (I'm a guy - I know nothing of this stuff) and they are immaculate. Fascinating to watch actually. UPDATE: Three of my daughter's nails have come off within a week, so I don't know how sturdy they are. I'd expect them to be on much longer, but then she's only nine and is probably harder on them while playing.

Been going to this nail shop for years, today I received the most awful customer service ever!The nail woman was very rough and get twisting my fingers until they hurt, when I told her that she was hurting me, she ignored me and carried on, I waited 1hour just to get my old nails taken off, which I then had to wait a further 2 hours for them to finish.The woman who painted my nails was ever so nice but kept getting distracted, when she placed my hand into the dryer it actually took a layer of the fresh polish off, when I asked her to re-pay it she sighed and looked annoyed!I’m so unsatisfied as they’ve gone downhillWill not be returning there as I’ve had many other shops tell me they do not place the nails properly and do it in a rush!Do not recommend unless they know you personally otherwsise they give you such bad service!!

Great service. Such friendly staff. Definitely one of the best acrilic nail extensions I've had done. Lovely nail art. Great eyebrow wax and tint too. Very good prices especially for students. This is definitely my go to nail place in Nottingham now!

Really bad service and quality. Would never recommended.Got told my nails would be £25, they added an extra £5 on for the colour which was not mentioned before deciding on colour. Nails are not the shape I asked for and way too long, I did mention this but they didn't listen. My mum had gel on her nails and they chipped the next day, they also cut her nails way too short. The staff were rude and I am not happy with my nails whatsoever. I'd like q refund but unfortunately they only take cash payments and don't give receipts... Now o know why.Will NEVER RETURN HERE

I’m not sure if he is the owner, but whoever he is was very rude. The person who did my acrylics did them very quickly and didn’t take much time actually looking at what he was doing. Each nail is a completely different size to the ones on my other hand. Also I’ve had them done for 1 week and a half and the gel is starting to chip off! I’ve never had gel chip off before. Nails started growing out after 4 days. Wouldn’t go there again, terrible service.

Only because I couldn't give them 0 star. I went to have my eye lashes done. The young lady who does it was doing a white lady's without gloves. The boss man that rude face one, he hasn't got any customer service etiquette. That's why they employ their own people, they need to go learn English because when you speaking to them, they not understanding . She came over to me start to touch my eyes, I simple asked, 'Did you wash your hands? She, the next lady who sat behind the counter and their boss man look at me as if I just spoke French. I decided to leave and on my way out, I said. It would be nice to treat your customer right, they look at me as if I'm insignificant. Is customers that keeps their door open. They need a wake up call, do they like people on its a specific group they care about. Don't go there if you have standard, they're nasty.

First time using this salon and I'm impressed! I showed a picture of the design I had in mind and they've turned out perfect!! Thanks, see you again soon.

Went to this nail salon a few days back by far the worst service I’ve ever had. I repeatedly told the woman to cut them short and she completely ignored me. They are very rough and don’t concentrate on what they are doing. I then asked my friends to come and help me pick a colour for my nails and they were rudely told to sit in the waiting room. Once I choose my colour she then started painting my nails with a totally different colour. I also asked for glitter and was ignored yet again.

I went in to get infills done and some artwork. Not my usual shop. But they were shut.They sat me down immediately and starting working on them within 2 minutes of arrival.The (I think?) owner, was incredibly friendly and helpful, offered my mum (who was just along for the ride) a cup of tea or coffee. And he also jumped in to help his staff when it got a little busier.The young lad who did the nail maintenance (cutting down, filing and the actual infills was very gentle and did exactly what I asked (shape and length).The artwork they have done for me is some of the most beautiful, intricate nail art I've ever had. I can't believe it was done free handed! Please excuse the photo quality, I'm awful at taking pictures.It was very clean and professional inside the store and I am very happy with the results. I think I've found a new regular spot to get my nails done!
