Plenty of used car stock to browse, at decent prices for a main dealer. Staff were attentive but not overwhelming. Will be returning for further research into buying when I'm ready

My experience at Bristol Street Motors Worcester was great. I had already narrowed my search down to 2 models. I test drove one at Bristol Street, and then discounted it. Colin had already explained that they could get cars from other dealerships, so he arranged to get my Grandland X this way. The car was there for me 4 days later. Great dealership. Excellent friendly staff. Fantastic price given for my old vehicle and also a massive discount on the new one.The car parking area for visitors is a little be congested but this did not spoil the experience. Located close to the M5, and easy to find. My new vehicle was presented in gleaming condition and handed over in the showroom. Compared to other Ford Dealers, Bristol Street Worcester is by far the best I've found in the area of Hereford/Worcester/Midlands. I'll definitely be taking it back for any services or follow up work.

Receptionist utterly useless and kept cutting me off. They’ve had my car 3 times and still unable to fix the issue with little to zero empathy or help. I make no apologies for telling the man who answered the phone that he was as much use as a chocolate tea pot. Clearly hadn’t a clue what was going on, that’s before we I got the mechanical team. Shoddy workmanship and clearly annoyed that the far still had warranty. Fit feed furring so much money, better customer service would be expected

My Custom crew cab got recalled for a wet belt inspection back in January but whilst waiting for the appointment it snapped. Had to be recovered to the dealership. They had my vehicle for 10 days and got it up and running. 8 months down the line I have a horrendous engine noise. Sent it back to the dealership to be re examined for them to deny all knowledge of working on my van for 10 days in January. The moral of the story is never buy a 2.0 litre diesel eco blue and never use this dealership. Absolute criminal behaviour.

Good overall service but an unbelievable amount of paperwork for an outright purchase. Felt like I was being tested to see if I was worthy of ownership...proof of VAT registration from HMRC etc.What a load of tosh.People were helpful & apologetic, and the paperwork is my only gripe. Other than that would be 5 star.

My experience of purchasing my Ford Focus ST-Line Vignale through Bristol Street Motors Ford Worcester was great. Phil answered all my questions (there were lot's) and the process was very smooth. The car is just what I was looking for and I can't fault the service. Simon from Prestige and Fleet, who delivered the car to me was also exceptional. Simon was very professional and had a great knowledge of the car, providing a thorough and unrushed handover. I would highly recommend (and I'll be back, when I'm ready for my next purchase).

Bristol Street Motors Ford Worcester were great because my experience of buying a used car couldn't of been any better. Ryan Tooth went above and beyond during the process and resolved any minor problems before handover of the vehicle, making sure everything was perfect when ready to collect. Nothing was too much trouble and he was always on hand to help with any queries, even after the purchase was complete. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and I couldn't of asked for a better experience.
