Amazing experience from start to finishreceptionist extremely helpful nothing was too much trouble, even when i called to rearrange appointment on more then one occasionDentist that the whole family see was brilliantshe made me feel a lot less nervous and made the whole experience enjoyable for my young daughter who is now very proud of her teeth and looking forward to her next check up

I love Tanya the receptionist who always makes me feel welcome (she can train the other staff at Abbeywood because the team there are so unprofessional and rude) nice dentist (female) very friendly and make sure you’re okay.Really shocked at how some people can be so disrespectful about the staff here as they’re nice and very helpful!!!!Happy with the service 100%

A few minutes after arriving at the dental surgery the receptionist asked me about my medicals/medicine from her desk as she sat. I felt very awkward about this as there were two other customers in the waiting room also seated and I was sitting on a chair across the room for all to hear. My medicals are private to me as are they are to most people's so I had to ask for a piece of paper and a pen so I could write these down and hand them to her to add to her system. This in my judgement and experience was completely unprofessional and it made me feel uncomfortable.When I rang for the appointment during the week I asked what tier of payment would be required, I was told that having my tooth out would cost me ........ amount which was more than the what was in tier two. When I asked why was that, i was advised it was what I paid last time. I was confused first time about this payment as well as this time but as the dentist had done a good job i agreed to it.The tooth removal: I was in the dentists seat for about 12 mins and job was done by the same dentist that removed the last tooth. As previously with this dentist I was happy with the dentist's work that was fast and effective and please that was over so quickly.Giving three points is extremely fair in my judgement.NB: Unlike many other posts mostly negative here I do not name people unlike those reviewers.

Brilliant dental clinic. The receptionist is lovely and always happy to help with fitting you in when you need it. Dentists are very patient and good with nervous patients. Highly recommend this dentist.

Amazing clinic! Would recommend to anyone! 10/10 treatment.Receptionist is very helpful and you can tell she cares about the patients. My dentist is amazing and has made me feel so much better about going to dentist.

I cant comment od dentists in this practice but judging form the state of the building and it’s surrounding I wouldn’t expect much from them. There are always piles of rubbish outside the practice, the building is in a dire state and need at least a lock of fresh paint. I except it is no better inside.

Had an appointment here today and if I could I would rate higher.The receptionist was polite and welcoming and absolute joy.The Dentist herself was professional, polite and made me feel at ease the whole way through the treatment.The treatment plan for myself going forward was explained clearly and all cost were discussed.Honestly I registered and I was given an appointment within days.

With all my respect.The reception lady was great so friendly but the staff was so unprofessional I have cavity in my teeth any the didn’t clean all black and bacteria surface in my teeth they just put a bunch of metal in to it I pay alot of money and they do nothing not happy about it and I don’t recommend to anyone.When I see they work like that I didn’t even have a mod to argue. I will try to go to somewhere else.Don’t waste your time.
