Went for a family day out, one member of staff was OK, the others left a lot to be desired. Ordered the fried chicken breast which came as 3 chicken goujons. Asked for spiced chips, they took them away and added spice on top but then dropped half of them in the floor in the way back. Glasses not clean and offers not being applied to the bill. Overall very disappointed and won't be going back. Not as per the menu. Check your bill and understand what you should be getting before ordering.

Came here with 6 children burger came out cold sent it back cost £9.50 for just burger no chips asked for chips got less than a handful manager came over tried to charge full for a chip we told them we refused to pay for 9 chips he then took our chip off us and took it back was then seen laughing and making a joke as if it was normal will never be back here staff are terrible and food was rotten kids left hungary still when we left. Good food, polite staff, but SLOW service. Took a while to get seated, and ages for my order to be taken - despite not being busy at all. Meal could have done with some veg !Would eat here again but hopefully comments will lead to improvements.

Food took Over 40 minutes to arrive. No staff member informed us of our wait. When my food finally arrived, my chicken wings where extremely dry and over cooked, I ordered the bbq wings and was given plain wings with a little bit of bbq sauce drizzled over top. Over priced and over rated. Staff was extremely unprofessional when waiting tables not knowing whether we had even received our food or not. Very unorganised won’t be coming back here..x

Table of 10: 5 adults, 5 childrenTook about 30mins to get our drinks (of which were wrong - ordered pitchers but single glass came)Took an hour to get our food. 2 dishes missing - 1 adult 1 child.Then took another half an hour to get those meals. Poor 5 year old waited so long.Service poor, no compensation.

Visited the firehouse Sunday 4th June. 4 adults 4 children, no fuss on arrival, staff very welcoming.FoodGood value for the quality and quantity received. Waiting staff were excellent, where we were sitting the kids could see the kitchen staff who were friendly enough to interact and smile back as the kids were peeking over the seats.AtmosphereIt was reasonably quiet as it was such a lovely day out but busy enough to not feel empty.Would certainly recomend visiting.
