Good grief, 58 minutes to cook some burgers and fries?! The guy cooking is a lovely guy but he's on his own. I was the only one in there, ordered 4 burgers and fries, and a portion of wings. They made a slight error on one burger so restarted it, but nonetheless, you don't wait until the burgers are cooked before frying the wings or chips. 30 minutes in and the burgers were ready, then 1 was remade while the others kept warm on the grill. Finally thought we were ready after 45 minutes and then they started frying the wings. Once the wings were done then they fried the chips. Nice guys that just need a bit of practice in running a restaurant.The food was fine but it's hard to give an honest assessment when you've seen the burgers sitting there for 30+ minutes while everything else was done.

Now....I am absolutely astonished.Reason being the food is great.However I went to make a mini party order in store, to my surprise the chef on today at 1:55pm was in the middle of making a burger.I saw him wipe his sweat along his forearm then immediately pressed the burger bun down on the grill. If that wasn't enough he then ran his hand through his thick black hair and attempted to touch the burger.I shouted No you can't do that" he stopped in his tracks.I just cancelled and left in horror.It's a real shame because I eat there yesterday and I was so pleased.These things need to be looked intoQuick and fast!!!"

No good. Not at all.60 pound worth of food and still hungry.Burger had too much ketchup and nothing else in it.Chips were a joke! 6pound for 5 chips??Milkshake average.Very disappointed will never ever return.Don't know why this place has so much hype? For what??I Suspect that these reveiws are fake. And I know why inside this place I's so empty.

Quite possibly my new favourite halal burgers in London. Had the classic Angus smash burger, the meat patty is perfectly done - crispy and lightly charred on the outside, tender and tasty on the inside. Great sauce and nicely built up with salad and the brioche bun complements the whole thing, though it could be a little softer. Decent chips with sweet chilli Desi sauce. My mate tried a milk shake and gave it a thumbs up too. Good value, nice ambience and decent presentation. Very friendly staff. Definitely going back again soon to try the rest of the menu!

It was my first time coming in and there was only one guy working. He was being very kind, food was so delicious. I requested for onion rings but then he offered me for free instead.

No fries or milkshakesWe went to buy foodThere were no fries or milkshakesNo turkey RashesUnbelievable!And the management had very rude behaviour, they said the franchise hasn’t sent anything to them and that they dont careHeard the burgers were supposed to be good but without me even tasting their food they have left a bad taste for me !
