Emma is a superb practitioner. Classes are always well organised and perfectly structured to encompass both the physical and mental aspects of yoga. Emma will help you to get the most out of your practice supporting and guiding where necessary. She offers various classes during the day and in the evening in multiple venues.

Recently decided to try Yoga and I absolutely love it. Emma is friendly, welcoming and I really enjoy her classes. There’s lots of different times and places to suit everyone which is so handy for busy people! Emma is fantastic at guiding you through the poses and so encouraging. I am so pleased I gave it a try and if you are thinking about it, I would say give it a go!
