Pets at Home Staines

Had milo my cat put to sleep with them, and what we got was brilliant , paw prints, fur whiskers of him ! So much better than a so called normal vets ! Brilliant service thank you chloe tash grace mel paloma and ben

My husband took my miniature schnauzer to get groomed . He was matted on his legs and his beard . Nothing major for a trained professional to cut around and organise him . Well the groomer at pets at home took all his beard off and everything from his legs . She even asked my husband if he wanted she could cut his eyebrows. I am in shock it’s like they didn’t know how to groom properly a miniature schnauzer, his trade mark beard and eyebrows are gone . Very dissatisfied with the service . I will not be taking him here again .

I went in to get hoppers and half of them were dead. Out of the 8 hoppers there was 3 alive. I spoke to the manager to see if I could get a discount but she refused even tho if that happens in other stores they always apply a discount. Very poor experience and wouldn’t buy food from there again

So we came at 6:45pm on Saturday 28/01/2023 and were told at the door store is closed, where as it clearly states stores closes at 7pm.I just wanted a coat for my dog as he was very cold that day. The guy called Kevin at the door was very rude and arrogant and said if you don't leave ill call security. I requested him as i only need a coat will be very quick , he asked me to get out and never return and showed us a middle finger.I had two children with me at that time, could have created a scene,but chose to write this review humbly request pets@home headoffice to looking into this is not acceptable at all.

Staff are really friendly and helpful. Have asked staff for help each time I've been there and they have been helpful with recommending products.Nice size shop.

Placed order, 20 minutes later told we don't have any. Chose a different meal same thing happened, sorry we have run out. Called for the manager and I selected scampi he did not ask what type of peas I wanted so it came up with garden peas and not mushy which is my preference. The food was very good and we were given free desserts to apologise for the problems.

The children had a lovely time holding the little animals and feeding the fish thank you Oliver for making it a great experience

Was served by a young lady at the till who was so patient and helpful with my purchases . Unfortunately I did not get her name but she was simply super. Helped me sign up for a vip card to save on my purchases.Being not very tech save, she patiently talked me thru the whole process and saved me 10%.Fantastic service and I will definitely be back.

Visited this store to purchase a few fish yesterday with my partner. Absolutely horrified with the member of staff who served us, she was rude and her customer service skills were shocking. She then left us waiting for ages and upon her return refused to serve us and had accused us of being aggressive. We were both perplexed. We called another member of staff over and explained the situation, she told us to ignore her colleague. She was very helpful and apologised for any inconvenience caused. She was pleased to hear my partner was an avid fish keeper and happily selected the fish for us. This member of staff was lovely, but the young lady who initially served us was awful, worst customer service I've experienced in my life, the fish we bought had more personality! We certainly won't be returning.
