Prime Studio

I have trained with Chris for many years now. My main motivation for going is to keep up my strength and flexibility. The programs that Chris puts together for me are always a bit challenging, however they are always doable. I would say that my fitness has enabled me to keep much more active compared with what I was like before I started. The equipment in the gym is first class. The studio is light and airy. Would recommend Prime to anyone who needs a personal, caring environment when training.

Been training with Nick at prime for the last 6 months, absolutely faultless, state of the art equipment, friendly and fun environment to train in.The entire team are so knowledgable, and truly want you to achieve your goals. Having experienced Personal Training in cities like London, Amsterdam and New York when I relocated to Warwickshire I wanted to find an environment that could offer a more client focused, bespoke service in a studio rather than a corporate gym which is hard to find outside of big cities. Prime Studios offered everything I was looking for and Chris, Abi and their team took their time to understand what I wanted to achieve rather than getting me to do what they wanted. The studio is such a welcoming space, for any ability as it’s focused on the individual but I also enjoy sharing the space with other clients (a max of 2 clients at one time). Prime is the perfect place for anyone who wants to invest in their health and fitness and I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Chris, Nick and the team are fabulous! They've really taken the time to understand my goals, needs and aims and to tailor a programme to help me achieve them. They're kind, supportive and motivating without actually letting me get away with slacking. Exactly what I want from training! I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I've trained with Chris for a while now (and Nick a couple times) and the difference it had made is massive.If you're apprehensive about going to the gym or aren't interested in working out in a packed environment then this is the place for you. All requirements and goals are carefully considered when the guys put a plan together for you. The sessions are often the highlight of my week!

Didn’t think I’d really enjoy going to a gym but I really enjoy my visits to Prime. Chris and his team are fantastic PT’s and are also genuinely nice people. I’ve been going to Prime for a couple of years now and have really noticed the change to my body. Great facility, great location and great people. Prime Studio puts the Personal into PT whatever your goals. Whether you want to start training but don’t want to be in a large gym or you’re experienced and need a tailored program to challenge you, Chris and the team will focus on your needs including diet. My wife and I have trained with previous PTs but have found the approach from Chris and his team the best and fun too. We wish all at Prime continued success. J&A
