Virgin Media Business

Had such a good experience with one of the staff here. I annoyingly wrote her name down and lost the paper. However remembered she worked for Sheffield one. I had such a complicated issue and she stayed on the phone with me for well over an hour to help me get to the bottom of it! Which I massively appreciated!! Lovely human this was in October. After such bad experience charging more for the same package customer service where awful there internet is for ever going down or running slow I would never touch Virgin media again or recommend it to anyone else its only took 4 month to sort out canceling my package with them then find out I'm in credit for them to take 3/4 of my credit off me me

Could not see any accessible parking spaces or anyway to get to the building apart from steps. Disappointed with this from an inclusion point of view as an employee.

Don't use Virgin, soooo bad

The packages are usually very good but you have to work hard to get the right prices and you will need to check your area coverage. Even though they provide cable services, it can often go down depending on where you live and how far you are away from the nearest junction box. The further away the worst it is. Check it out. Ask you neighbours if they have virgin and how they find it.

Virgin Media is a fabulous place to work.I worked in telesales in Sheffield and was only there a short time, but they have an excellent management structure and work ethic.I felt extremely valued and supported whilst I was with them and I enjoyed coming into work, everyone is friendly and helpful and I worked with a great team.They also have very good benefits for employees.I left as I was offered a role elsewhere that I couldn't turn down, but I wouldn't hesitate to return and I would highly recommended.

Virgin Media - probably the worst company in the world. I’ve never experienced customer service quite like it. The debacle starts with a wait of at least 30 minutes to talk to someone - that person could be in Northern England, India or Philippines. You’ll need to call, wait and call again repeatedly - they’ll hang up on you when you ask a question because they have no interest in solving any issues; they’ll give you dates for install that will not happen (over and over again), you’ll get rude, surly, unintelligible but you’ll never get anything close to what you need. Clearly these incidents are not isolated to one one office, country or continent and the awful rot is international. Disgusting, worthless, useless!

Went there to collect a vehicle. Very helpful staff, security, engineer and area manager. Covid safe.
