Jo is a truly wonderful, empathetic and knowledgable specialist in the canine behavioural field. We had an extremely tricky long-standing situation with two terrier crosses and young Labrador, who are now so fulfilled in their daily lives thanks to her help. My one year old WCS (who lives to sniff!) did the 3 hour intro to scentwork workshop with Jo and it was brilliant! I worried that 3 hours might be too long, but not at all. We were both totally engaged throughout, and my boy LOVED it, and he needed a big sleep when we got home! It was great to see all the different dogs there - different ages, sizes and breeds all having a great time. Jo and her colleague were great. So friendly, helpful, reassuring and kind. It has given me lots of ideas to do at home (which are working really well!) and I'm looking forward to doing more with Jo as soon as I can. The tea and cake were great too! Thanks very much for a fab day!

I recently attended the intro to scent work workshop with my nervous mini dachshund. Jo was a fab teacher and gave us lots of useful information and scent work skills. Jo was also very caring and understanding of my dog being nervous and helped to build his confidence throughout the session. We have been putting all our new skills into practice at home and my dog is loving it!

I recently had a session with Jo for my dogs behavioural issues, including reactivity to other dogs and barking. Jo took the time to understand what could be the cause of these issues and gave me the tools to help us overcome these. I’ve implemented the training methods Jo suggested and I’ve seen a positive change. Jo shows her wealth of knowledge and experience and I would definitely recommend her.

Jo Crawford of My-Dog-Sussex amazing! My Border Collie and I have today completed 16 weeks of training with Jo which has been incredibly rewarding, interesting, positive and thoroughly enjoyable. Jo’s knowledge of positive training methods, behaviour, nutrition and so much more will give any owner and their dogs such a great start and so many different things to take into future training with your dogs. It’s just so refreshing as my previous dogs have all been to classes which often seemed quite punitive in nature. Fantastic give it a go.

This morning I attended Jo's Introduction to Scent Work workshop. My dog and I had a really good time and learned lots of skills to use together.My dog is now exhausted after such a massive morning of mental stimulation and I am looking forward to practising what we have learned tomorrow.I would thoroughly recommend this three hour training session to anyone who wants to build their bond with their dog and generally have a great time.

Jo is a great teacher and am so glad I found her. I do both puppy training and scent training with Doone my 18 month Springer spaniel and Jo makes our sessions fun as well as learning techniques. Cannot recommend her enough. She is special lady and Doone loves going. Jane Potter.

We lucked out finding Jo. Training with Jo is fun, interesting and intuitive and we now have a very happy dog! It makes such a difference having a better understanding dog behaviour and how to harness that to work with your dog. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Jo came to give us advise before our pup cane and a few times after he arrived which was so incredibly helpful being new dog owners. She us extremely experienced, down to earth, fun and knows and understands dog behaviour really well. We spent over 90 minutes with Jo yesterday about training for our rescue dog Georgie.Jo is very experienced and knowledgeable about dogs and we learnt a lot about how to get the best from our pet. It was a very worthwhile experience.
