Popped Into llandudno retail park store. Issue with phone not charging. Problem solved with new battery and he also saved me some monthly charges by checking my tariff. Cannot fault his customer service skills and cheery attitude towards his work ethic. Thank you

Marcus couldn't have been more helpful. He quickly identified a good contract for me that and efficiently processed my order. I would definitely go to this shop again.

Shocking customer service, I went into the store with my phone that is fairly new and since the day I had it has suffered a speaker manufacturing fault! They came up with solutions that just did not help me! Like a 120 mile round trip to apple, pay £150 deposit for an iPhone temporary replacement while they send it off or an android!! Which is we policy and not the fault of the guy but what was his fault was his poor customer service attitude and his bad advice which was to take a nearly new iPhone 13 round the corner to a 3rd party repair shop!! Firstly it would have made my warranty void!! Secondly what!!! Why would I pay to have it looked at when it comes under its warranty!

Visited the shop today. I was looking to change over 3 phone contracts. The customer service was absolutely spot on.Ryan and James did a great job, their knowledge and attitude was brilliant. You cannot fault them at all. They got me a brilliant deal and EE got 3 new customers.Every workplace needs a person like Ryan - so cheerful, enthusiastic and he was all about getting me a deal which suited me. He worked with James to come up with a brilliant deal. It was so nice and a refreshing change to be treated like a valuable customer. Absolute top marks for this store. I’ve been 18 years with Vodafone, glad I’m now EE.

Staff completely lied to me today when discussing upgrade options. Showed the staff member I could get better offers at different providers and she said if I were go change provider I would be unable to keep my number. Complete lie to try and push a hard bargain! Little did she know I already have a text off EE on my text messages with a PAC code ready to give to another provider to transfer my number. Either very unknowledgable or the staff member was trying to get the better off me. I went to 02 a minute later, got a new contract and transferred my number :)

From the US trying to get my wife a sim card while on vacation in the UK. The card we purchased wouldn't work (the data) for some reason and the assistant manager James sat with me for about 45 minutes on tech support until it was resolved. James really went above and beyond to help. Thank you James for your kind customer service. Highly recommend EE for US travelers.

Two of us to swap suppliers and phones. Served by Joshua - training - so helped by all the others in the store - James, Marcus and Morgan. Mine was fairly simple, but hubby was a business phone so a tad more complex. They did the whole thing and transferred data across too. Great job.phone so

Incredible customer service. I walked in to get my Sim card replaced I was greeted by the team Luca, Sam and Taylor. I felt very safe and they were all wearing masks. I was being seen to by Luca, I got fantastic customer service and he was able to get me my SIM card within minutes. He was really professional and helpful. I wasn’t even there to buy anything and still got superb service. He went the extra mile to make sure I was happy and gave me options and told me what I needed to do and even activated my SIM card there and then I can’t thank the team enough. Fabulous!!!
