My husband and I went here today and received the best eye care we've had in years!! My husband has Asperger's syndrome and Crohn's disease and has a compromised immune system, we felt totally safe being looked after by Samantha and Victoria. The eye examination was very thorough and Victoria was very attentive and patient as I tried to decide between number 1 and number 2"! They have an excellent selection of frames to choose from and Samantha has an excellent eye for what looks good on your face

My 93 year old mum went here last week and the staff were fabulous taking care of her, their professional helpful friendly approach put my mum at ease and she got two lovely pairs of glasses, The best professional friendly optician by far on the Shankill thank you

I have suffered for years with a pollen allergy affecting my eyes in spring and summer. After being recommended to book an appt with Victoria I have been treated by her for the last 2 years. Victoria was very knowledgeable and gave my eyes a great check up and provided a prescription for treatment for my pollen allergy. My eyes are in a far better condition since under Victorias care and it makes such a difference to my daily life. Highly recommended this practice.

First class service from Samantha on the front desk who helped book me an eye test, and also fitted me with my glasses today. I am very happy with my lenses too. I would definitely recommend Mcdowell's to my family and friends. Thank you so much for all your help.
