Terrible company to deal with. Hound you for a contract, then as soon as you sign up can’t get a hold of anyone. Nobody communicates within the business, so even when you do it’s not fixed until a couple of phone calls later.They don’t respect your communication wishes, and tried to call me constantly even though I stated email was my best form of contract as I am tattooing and with customers. I also wanted a written record of everything after realising how unreliable they were, it’s better to have written evidence.Third party collection company NEVER came on time. Cheaperwaste added new fees every year up to £100 that wasn’t stated at time of signing contract.Been with a local collection company for two months now and the service is night and day. I have 0 hassle and no chasing deliveries. All costa upfront, and still cheap.Cheaperwaste may appear cheaper on face value but trust me, after added fees annually they are not. And the hassle of getting what you paid for to follow through is not worth the £10 you save.You get what you pay for at the end of the day.

So been a customer of Cheaperwaste for 2 months now. What they take from your account isnt what they quote initially, everything they quoted was on a 4 week system" then take extra as some months are more than 4 weeks. Next to get them to actually collect the waste is done by a third party so best of luck if its not collect

Absolutely diabolical company they won’t collect your waste for weeks on end then send treating emails from their legal representatives threatening to take you to court. If you are looking to work with a company that has absolutely no regard for your business’s hygiene and will keep you on the phone for hours on end to no avail this is the company for you. There isn’t enough things I can say about how frustrating and useless this company and everyone who works for them are. Be warned STAY AWAY they are a cowboy outfit.

We used cheaper waste 2 years ago and they kept failing to turn up every week but kept billing me. I canceled the contract, they then 1 year later just sent a bailiff with a extra charge of £1,200 threatened to take my goods. This company steals your money! Avoid!!!

Awful company. Avoid. Over 6 weeks I have been waiting for my 2 weekly collection on my bin waste I have 5 bins waiting to be collected which I pay around £80 a month for! Which is ridiculous alone, I wish I read the reviews before signing away on a contract which they also charge a ridiculous amount to cancel! No communication between the staff all the time never know what’s going on or what they are doing! Avoid don’t make the mistake I did.

I am deeply disappointed with the abysmal customer service provided by Daran, a representative of CheaperWaste Ltd. Despite clearly informing them on two occasions that my business has been closed for over a month and the shop has been shut down, they have consistently failed to close my account and retrieve the waste bin they provided. It is incredibly frustrating that they have completely disregarded my situation and refused to escalate my concerns to a manager.Having been a loyal customer of CheaperWaste Ltd for the past two years, I expected professionalism and care. Unfortunately, Daran's conduct has been nothing short of unprofessional and insensitive. Instead of offering assistance during a difficult period of my life, they have added unnecessary stress and inconvenience.Despite my repeated requests to speak with a manager, Daran has ignored my pleas for help. This lack of empathy and refusal to address the issue is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the reputation of CheaperWaste Ltd as a customer-oriented company.I implore CheaperWaste Ltd to rectify this situation immediately. The closure of my account and retrieval of the waste bin should have been a simple process. I also request a prompt response to this complaint, along with an explanation for the poor conduct exhibited by Daran.If this matter is not resolved satisfactorily within a reasonable timeframe, I will have to escalate my complaint to relevant consumer protection agencies and share my negative experience on various online platforms. It is in CheaperWaste Ltd's best interest to address this issue promptly and improve customer service significantly.I had trusted CheaperWaste Ltd for the past two years, and their failure to provide adequate customer service during a challenging period has shattered that trust. I hope they take this feedback seriously and take immediate steps to prevent such instances of poor customer service from occurring in the future.

The problem with cheaper waste is that they are agents for the actual waste companies. Ours was working OK until the end of June. Since then we have called them virtually everyday only to be told with certainty that the waste will be collected tomorrow or the next day. Yesterday we received an email that the waste had been collected and that the next collection would be 15th August.The truth is that the waste is still there on the 8th August. I have notified them that they are in persistent breach of contract and despite nice words zero action has been taken to rectify the position. I contacted them to inform them that I had stopped the direct debit and their response was that they would impose cancellation fees!Some people have no shame.

They don't deserve the 1* honestly!I dont know where to begin with this business".They missed collections for weeks on end

This company is not to be trusted they are a company that wants your money for free they do not respond to you calls they did not pick up the rubbish for three months and still wanted to charge us .If they owe you any money take out a county court summons against they print off these reviews and present them to the judge. These people should not be in business
