Great way to keep fit, dancing to worldwide tunes. Alanna's bubbly enthusiasm keeps everyone motivated, laughing, dancing and having fun through dance. Choice of days and times giving flexibility for attendance. All classes welcoming and friendly. Thoroughly recommend this keep fit / dance fit group.
