HP Nails

This place is an amazing find, I absolutely love it! I’ve had both my nails and feet made pretty here and I simply cannot fault the product or service. It’s evident that time is taken with each client, suggestions are made if you can’t decide (like me) and the quality is perfect. My nails last a full three weeks before going back and I’m sure they’d probably last longer if I wanted them to. The atmosphere created is warm and inviting, with a very polite team who I have great conversations with whilst having my nails done. One of the few places I was still happy to go to with covid and the restrictions due to their wearing of PPE, cleanliness and the offer of sanitiser (still there now). Fully recommend this business!

These guys go above and beyond. Had my nails done on Friday and the amount of people that turned up at 5.30pm asking if they could fit them in that evening was above and beyond. Not once did they turn anyone away due to time. Always happy to make you happy. Best nail place I’ve been. Such a lovely team. Well done guys keep up the hard work. Your all awesome xx

Such amazing service. Lovely staff, always very friendly. Calm and welcoming environment. Nails always done exactly how I ask for, they have so many colours to choose from. Highly recommend!!

Lovely friendly nail bar. I went simple with my nails but saw some fabulous art going on to the side of me. Highly recommended.

Haven't had my nails done in about 10 years but HP Nails were really friendly and made sure I loved them before I left. Would recommend.

The team here fit you on super quick even if they are busy, they're friendly, lovely and chatty all the way through. Can't fault them.I had a pedi and Ombre extensions- both was perfect. Thanks guys

My second visit to Quyen and Lees shop. As ever a warm friendly welcome. Looked after so well by a technician and asked throughout process if everything was right so now is the time to say ( not later on Social Media ) to Quyen if there are any concerns. I was able to use the sink to wash my hands throughout the process and sanitiser was available at every station. My nails are beautiful but it's the warm friendly atmosphere that I go back for. Its so great to hear Vietnamese being spoken as its a rare treat and as I was in their environment in a building paid for by the proprietors it seems correct. I like to hear Italian spoken in an Italian Restaurant. Please speak to the owners if anything worries you. Its polite.

Been here 3 times now and I’m very impressed. The owner is very personable and she always has a friendly word to say. Her colleagues are quieter but so friendly but are still learning English and I can’t speak any Vietnamese. My nails last four weeks obviously they grow out but are amazing and this time I had a pedicure and my feet are feeling fab. I will always return when able.

Wouldn’t normally leave a bad review but this place has really gone downhill.Recent pedicure was rushed and tools used were not sanitised properly. When I left my nails weren’t dry even though I was told they were so when I got home all the polish was smudged so I had to take it off. Waste of over £30.Staff are rude and judgemental about their customers saying they want them to stop talking and also will talk about you in their own language which is very uncomfortable.Everything is very rushed and you aren’t offered any of the creams or oils that they used to put on, it seems they just want to make as much money as possible without caring about the service they provide or taking time with their customers .The owner wasn’t here like usual when I visited so I had no one to raise a complaint with .Will be going elsewhere in future.
