Excellent from start to end. The price was competitive. Booking was easy and quick, provided all the paperwork by email so made collection easier. The chap who did the inspection at collection was extremely thorough in noting all the imperfections. Dropped van back and got email to confirm all was ok and my deposit would be returned.

I rented a van from J&R for a day. Despite booking at short notice, Steve was very accomodating. The hire process was very transparent and straightforward. Handy that they have a simple out of hours drop off, so no need to faff around with the van overnight. The price was clear and competitive.

Great place to hire a van from if you’re local to Chesham. Much cheaper than the usual rental companies and just as easy to drop the van back after working hours. Highly recommend.

Steve and the team at J & R Car and Van Hire were excellent. They were thorough, efficient and patient during the 'check-in' process. I hired a KIA Ceed (automatic) and it was in immaculate condition and great to drive (also, in my favourite colour, by chance!) The return process was slick and convenient. A great experience and good value; I can highly recommend them for your next car or van hire.
