Absolute joke no post for three weeks missed an important operation at the hospital because of it opening hours have changed with no warning....prioritising parcels over letters because of pleasing greedy shareholders and delusional managers.

My parcels NEVER come on time. They always hold it there for a few days before actually delivering it to me. Seems like they’re lazy and can’t be bothered to deliver peoples parcels on time. I urgently need my parcel today and it says my parcel should have delivered today between 9-10am, it’s now 5pm and STILL nothing. I’ve called and as always, they NEVER pick up. Been on hold for ages and nobody’s picking up. Absolutely rubbish service.

The man that was meant to be customer service reception was on the phone most of the time and we had to wait for him to finish his phone call in order for him to help us. I tried to get this parcel redelivered three times after first attempt. Didn’t receive it so hard to collect it myself.

If I could put no stars then I would. Our post has been missing for over 2 weeks now. My husband called them and asked Where's our post the receptionist said everyone is off sick. Surely there's someone to cover the shift if others are sick. They been sick for two weeks now surely some have recovered. My husband called up each day and made complaints each time someone says everyone off sick sorry nothing we can do. Call up another day so we can escalate it higher. That's their response. They don't realise it's my birthday on Saturday my family and other relatives told me they sent parcels to me which I haven't received due to these sickness everyone has. My husband can't receive his important emails too. I'm waiting for hospital letters for appointments too which I might miss now due to not receiving post. We told the receptionist this and they just don't care. There is probably no sickness just laziness from people who don't want to work. We are fuming and feel they have stolen our post. How would they feel if this was them? I'm sure they would complain too. My husband has been told he's not allowed to collect our post there as no one is there to sort it. So our post is mixed with other people's post. This awful. Sort this issue out and recruit more staff then that way you can get someone to cover the other staff who can't be bothered to work!!!!!!!!!!

Wish there was 0 star to review. This review goes to that lady who was working morning 8:00am today . Please know and learn to work what you get paid for without wasting anybody’s time . Your service is the worsen that I have even seen until now . Remember standing behind the bar with uniform on just don’t give you attitude it’s also give you responsibility.

opening hours just keep getting shorter and shorter. difficult to find time to go and pick up parcels if you work as hours are so limited. posties often ignore safe place requests too, leaving no option but to try and get your parcel from the officeupdated review:service has got even worse as of late, to the point of me reducing this rating even further. parcels routinely are delivered late, or just never as the address is inaccessible". complaints have been dismissed and i'm now having to pay extra for delivery from other couriers or getting parcels sent to work

Royal Mail Collection office regularly visiting there by drop off my posts which I bought online via royal mail website. You can drop off your prepaid postages over there and you can't pay and post it over there. You can do your enquiries over there as well.friendly and helpful staff variable hours of opening times that gives more flexibility. Opening hours might change a lot due to shortage in staff thats why you need to careful about that before visiting. I have uploaded new opening hours for them as you can see old one in that post as well.

The staff here are always incredibly helpful and stop for a chat. Yes, the delivery service can be patchy but that's not the fault of these folks. The delivery hub is always helpful.

Royal mail has lost its quality. RMSD should have been with me following day by 1pm, instead came 2 days around 13.30. People pay good money only to get third class service.
