They replaced my old work surface with a modern composite product - I had wonderful service from start to finish and a stunning product - they were extremely professional and efficient and everything ran according to plan - I gave no hesitation in recommending them

Awful experience. We were left with an unusable wet room shower that leaked through to ceiling below. After agreeing to refit, John now doesn’t respond to our attempts to communicate. Haven’t been able to shower at home in very long time!

Avoid Chiltern Marble at all costs.Chiltern Marble installed and tiled a shower/wet room for me. It wasn’t long before the shower started leaking through to the ceiling below.Emails and calls to John Apetrei who coordinated the install for Chiltern Marble have been met with affront, and an inability to take ownership for his team’s poor workmanship.It seems Chiltern Marble did not tank the shower properly when they installed it. There are areas of grout that failed early and as the tanking was not done correctly water leaks through the ceiling below and the shower is unusable.I have also tried writing to Chris Ryan at Chiltern Marble but my emails have been ignored.
