Angela responded quickly and was so warm, friendly, accommodating and helpful. She personally delivered the flowers on short notice and created one of the most beautiful arrangements I've ever seen. Just what I wanted - something unique and breath-taking to lift my friend's spirits. I was so happy with the outcome, and my friend was thrilled. Exceptional customer service and attention to detail. I ordered 2 buttonholes at the last minute. Even though it was only a tiny order for her, Angela called me back at 18:15 (long after store-closing time) to discuss my requirements. She delivered the buttonholes early the next day. They were stunning and far superior to any that I have ordered before from my local florist. The flowers were of a good quality and they had been artistically arranged. Based on my experience, I would definitely highly recommend Vintage and Bloom florist in Falmouth, Cornwall.
