not happy. seen a ford focus on finance for £98 a month. i spoke to the car sales man. drove 40 mile to get there. then he told me the finance was £109. i said i cant do £109. went away as it was not same price as what was on autotrader. went back a few mins later and he changed said it might go up more. wasted my fuel and time. he said he could do £750 for my vw polo as a deposit then he changed it to £500. not happy. he wouldnt drop it by £5 a month. ridiculous. im on benefits due to my disability so its not my fault i cant pay extra.just also had an email from him saying i didnt mention over the phone the car needed a new tyre and the neighbour put something in boot keyhole as it wouldnt unlock. i told him it gad age related marks and he obviously hasnt read everything. it has small dent. i had the car valued at different garage and they gave me £780 for it. Darren is rude. i have a disability. i have autism and i said i get some things mixed up. and he basically ignored me saying about my autism then had a go at me about my px cari told him i know my cars. im a level 3 mechanic. my vw is in good condition. it runs fine. then he questioned me having a lot of work done to in in a space of 6 months. new clutch, service and mot and brakes. its the usual thing for a car. its on 110,000 milesdoesnt know a thing about carsAVOID THIS GARAGE

Highly recommend dr-cc if your looking for a used car. Bought an insignia from Darren last week and it’s a fantastic car and exactly as was described in his adverts which as we found out while looking for a new car is unfortunately very rare. Darren is a lovely bloke, very helpful and made the whole thing a pleasant experience, can not recommend dr-cc enough!
