As a first time buyer I have worked with around 6-7 mortgage brokers in the last few months and I can say without a doubt that Ross is the gold standard of mortgages brokers. Very clear, professional, hardworking(worked until very late into the evening just to get the interest rate for the day as rate changes are quite frequent these days) and knows what will work basis the information you have provided him and will get you the mortgage that suits you best. His many years of experience truly showed in this case. He will also tell you upfront if something is borderline or outside reach. I have had brokers promise me the world and had me spend money on fees(which I never recovered) but than tell me in the end that I could not get the full mortgage for reasons I was told were not a bother in the first place.
