What an amazing service from Jamie! Thank you! Sorted out my Doc Martens to collect the next morning. And I brought in a pair of shoes I thought were irreparable, but he managed to do it, we came up with a new solution to add a heel to my trainers and he did it. Such a great guy who really cares about his craft.

Called in for a small job (spring bar removal) and was met with the most amicable and pleasant young man. He said that such a job was too easy and quick in order to charge a fee and he simply helped me out of the goodness of his heart. Superb and friendly service.

Super friendly staff and high standard service! I’ve been to this store a couple of times mainly to get my watch battery replaced. This time I went to get more holes punched on my leather belt. Was served by a gentleman called Jamie and he was really friendly and nice to talk to! Such a great experience and I’ll definitely be back again!

Jamie is amazing and so kind and helpful. I took 4 watches into the shop and they were ready within a day or so to collect. One of the watches had the wrong strap put on so Jamie redid it for me without hesitation while I was there and was really happy to help. Thank you for providing a great customer service even on a busy or difficult day!Update 11/10, I popped back into the shop to fix another watch today and Jamie took the time and care to fix the new strap I brought in. He was chatty and professional and gave an excellent service. I'm so excited to wear my watch now it's been fixed. I feel that I could go back again with any number of issues and Jamie would take the time and care to help with any items I take into the shop. Thanks again!
