Sunny Double Glazing Ltd

I'm a trade customer. Get lots of windows from this company. Their upvc profile is high quality. Can't fault them for value for money and also very quick turnarounds if needed.

Edit to add:Since posting this review Raj has been in touch and sent out one of his team to fix the handle. As a gesture of goodwill they have left us some spare handles in case any others stop working.___Not the best experience with Sunny Double Glazing. We had our double glazing replaced and in the bathroom the team stuck the bathroom tiles to the walls back to front. Unfortunately it's now two years later and one of our windows no longer opens as there seems to be a jam with the push handle. We have contacted Sunny Double glazing by phone, email and WhatsApp for more than 6 months to ask if they can fix this but have not received any call back.

We got our front door done by them and shortly after the door finish has started to peel, it is not even able to withstand the British summer! We have tried numerous times to contact them, for this to be fixed with poor communication from them. Now they are ignoring our calls. Left with this poorly done job, and now having to find other professional to try fix this mess!

Awful experience. After initial designs and estimates we paid deposit and awaited the couple of weeks advised. Month+ over and after multiple calls they arrived. Fitters not professional, they basically bodge and use filler everywhere rather than crafting around edges. Was damages / scratches inside the glass so was advised will need replacing. 1 year on and they still saying we are gonna come next week, next week, next week. Shame on them. Have given up hope and sure they never gonna bother coming back. Thanks to Raj and Sunny for keeping up the shoddy works.

Awful experience, The installation was completed almost two weeks ago and full payment on completion of the installation.1, The bathroom upper window is making squeaky noise if I want to close it.2, To date the 10 years guarantee certificate and the Fensa certificate promised by Raj has not materialised.3, I have not received the receipt for the payment I made for the windows and installation.Raj, who was the salesman is not responding to my call and messages anymore since I have made the final payment, this is not fair on me, the only way I can be rest assured of the windows and installation sunny double glazing limited provided. I need a receipt for proof of purchase, and the guarantees and the certificate for the windows and the installation for future purpose. Trust is a two way thing, they are not trustworthy i will not be recommending them to anyone.

The most amazing service from Sunny, Raj and the contracting team! Ran us through the whole process with great care and installed triple glazing throughout the whole house in a timely and professional manner. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for new windows and doors ☺️
