Moors Shoe Repair
After a number of disappointing visits to more well known shoe shops who did a job that just didn't last, I stumbled upon Moors. They have been brilliant to date, bringing new life to my old walking boots as well as more formal boots and shoes. The Vibram material they use lasts much longer than the cheap stuff from competitors. I have been so impressed with the service received so far, that I have continued to drop shoes into Moore's on trips back to Poole, despite now living in North Dorset.

Stephen and the team were great, they saved my climbing shoes which I thought were beyond repair, they have done a great job! Full rand and sole replacement plus a new last to replace the old leather board and went as far as to repair holes in the leather then re stitch the whole shoe. Feels like a new pair.Will 100% be coming back! It’s great to see that this is a passion for the team and they take so much pride in their work

Excellent service. I had two pairs of winter boots reheeled and one pair resoled as well-they now look like brand new boots for a fraction of the cost of buying new! Would definitely recommend this business. I googled it as I wanted to support a good business in my area...there were 3 closer to me but with less favourable reviews so I was happy to drive that little bit further and it was definitely worth that extra distance.

After coming in with an old and rather oddly shaped bicycle key, the gentleman working behind the counter in the repair shop very kindly ordered in some keys for me to see if they could find the exact one I was looking for.Throughout their service the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, time-wise. Their perseverance paid off and we finally got a key to fit my lock.Thank you for being so set on helping me!Would highly recommend this service.

Recently dropped off a pair of climbing shoes that were in desperate need of a resole & rand repair. I was given the option of all Vibram rubber types to be put on the shoes, I chose to go with XS grip. Carrying out the repairs was no trouble at all for this shop, they completed all the work in 2 days!!!! Very fast turnaround, I was expecting to have to wait weeks! The quality of the repair is second to none, my shoes look as good as new. Thankyou! I will be back in future!!!

Had 2 keys cut that didn't work, returned and they re cut me 2 more free of charge which was good and expected. However these also do not work, can't really be bothered to return for a third time for this to be rectified. The only reason I'm giving a second star is because they are helpful and friendly but the actual results were just no good.

Super friendly staff and excellent service!The team resoled 4 pairs of climbing shoes for me and they are perfect. I thought that some pairs were beyond repair but they did some magic on them.Highly recommended!
