Nice to have Timpson at my local Tesco :) Been there a few times and I'm honestly surprised with the negative reviews as my experience was far from poor. Always friendly, fast and effective.My wedding shoes were fixed whilst I did my shopping this afternoon - Thank you so much! :)

My experience over 12 months is not good! Car key replacement Rubbish!! Watch battery replacement Rubbish!! Dry cleaning Rubbish!!!

I took my son's blazer to be dry cleaned...When I got home I took the plastic from around it, and, I have to say the quality of what they have done is way below par from I have previously experienced. I'm extremely disappointed and will have to consider taking my dry cleaning elsewhere if the quality remains the same.

Two experience’s of Timpsons in Tesco superstore not impressed, first occasion I brought a replacement strap for my watch within 4 months it split, well we can sell you a new one, no thanks the one that split was expensive enough.Second visit I wanted a key cut, sorry sir I don’t do blanks for that key, it’s specialised. I then went to Rapid shoe repair and key cutting in Dudley town centre, no problem I’ll cut that in a few minutes.Just because Timpsons is a franchise doesn’t make them good at what they do. Shop around first.

Life savers!!! Timpson in the Dudley Tesco managed to fix my car key and a spare for £120 bargain. Especially when VW was charging £300. The man was superb so helpful and couldn’t do enough, can’t remember his name he supports wolves and drives a Vw himself too lol.

Drove there by looking at the opening hours, closes at 6pm. I arrived at 4:30 and no one was there, I asked around and tesco staff told me to watch for a tiny clock on the desk, I found it, at 4:30 they went on a break til 5pm, it was written to wait for a 10% discount. I was with my baby, I couldn't stand there waiting for unusual break hours, I went walking in tesco, come back exactly at 5, the guy told me a very big price for a key blade/body replacement and he said I won't get any discount at all, he said no way and was very rude and not helpful.

I came here with a phone screen that doesn’t even function. I left with a fully functioning screen that not only looks as if I just brought it but the screen is more true to colour

( Seller was an Englishman without hair on his head )It was the worst experience in my life, Ineeded to choose a cream for maintenance, I have no knowledge in this field And I needed some advice, at which I saw how incompetent the seller was, honestly he has 0 knowledge in the one he does, I have also been to other stores, but the sellers were always kind and tried to help me, here I was left to choose by myself, in the end I left and I will never return. I do not recommend to anyone
