Reception staff are always very polite and friendly. Dentists and their assistants are also very professional and friendly.

Dentist is lovely and works really well with nervous patients but the rest of the staff seem to feel that while your waiting you should have to listen to a group conversation about toilet habits and how to use a bidet .disgusting behavior to be honest.

After a few negative experiences with other dentists, that are no longer at the practice, I would like to express that Mr Ali Al-Salihi is the best and most professional dentist I’ve ever received treatment from, in all my experiences of visiting any dentist. My latest experience when having a tooth extracted only involved a couple of unavoidable seconds of discomfort while being administered the local anaesthetic, there was absolutely no pain or discomfort post extraction. My usual experience with the blonde receptionist at Skegness My Dentist is always very professional and courteous and I am always notified one week previous by text, and the day before by phone. I regret to say that this can’t be said for the short haired brunette receptionist. After my extraction, I asked the dentist if it would be ok to remove the gauze briefly to speak to the receptionist, on doing so, the mentioned receptionist panicked and started flapping, saying oh no blood, there’s blood, don’t touch anything, don’t touch anything, to be perfectly honest, I had no need, and no intention of touching anything, and she made me feel like a leper, she could have been very much calmer, and far more professional in dealing with the situation, If indeed there are procedures in place after a customer has had an extraction, I feel I should have never been left with such a negative experience, and reception staff, her in particular, should be trained accordingly.

Shocking service. Rushed, dental issues misses but very keen to offer services to get money. Had an infected tooth filled without local anaesthetic which was bad enough. Next visit my tongue received a chemical burn. Complained to the practice, no apology or information on how it occured even though I asked what caused it.Cancelled all future appointments only to be pestered about future appointments. Emailed the practice manager but no response. Avoid!!

Brilliant dentist staff nice friendly.

After having a problem with my tooth and needing to get it sorted quickly before I went on holiday the whole process here was very efficient. They got me an appointment very quickly, the reception staff were polite and helpful and the dentist and dental nurse were excellent with me as I'm a very nervous patient. Can't sing their praises enough!

Seen on time, no unnecessary waiting. Professional dental treatment received by dentist. Dental nurse quietly supportive. Reception staff professional and efficient. Can always look forward to excellent service and care, and always leave feeling I've been looked after.

Ok. Have had to have most of my molars pulled / filled / pulled after they crumbled at age 55. No serious pain. The rates have naturally gone up thru the Covid era, and I don't mind paying a little extra to get an appt. to fit.
