Been training with James for almost 2 1/2 years now. Training is always fun and never feels like a chore. I train twice a week and over the years have got stronger and leaner, genuinely surprised how much improvement can be made with just 2 hours a week. Great way to stay in shape and worth the money.

James has been very helpful in my first few weeks with him. He is extremely knowledgeable and is happy to share all of this with you. Taylor made PT sessions to suit each person's individual goal. Motivational and understanding he gets gets the most out of me during our sessions. After just two weeks I am already starting to notice a difference. I have started the Taylor made diet plan he designed for me this week and looking forward to seeing further progress towards my goals in the coming weeks. Would definately reccommend!

I have been training for about a month now at the foundry gym with James. I was really nervous for the first session which showed but James has really helped with my nerves.I am already feeling confident in the gym. He knows his stuff and tailors each session to help me meet my goals. I can't recommend him highly enough as a trainer.

Me and my husband been training with James for over 6 years on and off, James is a great PT . He always helped us achieving our goals. He is very flexible with timings which helps with our busy schedules.

If you are looking for a personal trainer in the Wolverhampton area, James is the person to go to! He is truly fantastic.. he has been training me for the past 4-5 months and it has been an incredible experience so far. Very flexible with timing and working around my work commitments. The sessions with James are so good because he tailors the workouts in such a way to ensure that I work out to my maximal potential, without pushing me too hard and on my low energy days, makes sure that the workouts are done at a pace that I can keep up with! He is also very motivational, friendly and extremely professional. I can already see the improvement in my fitness over the past few months. I would totally recommend personal training sessions with James for anyone who is looking to improve their fitness!!

I highly recommend James as a personal trainer.If like me, you know you want to lose weight/tone up but gym class times aren't flexible/suitable for your schedule and you aren't confident enough to go to the gym, James is the personal trainer for you.He is experienced, extremely professional and really cares about the wellbeing of his clients.James helped me figure out my fitness goals, including how to improve my diet. He also took the time to really understand me and personalised my plans based on what I was comfortable with, while still challenging me and keeping me motivated (which is not an easy task!).I trained with James once a week, and thanks to him, I was confident to go to the gym (and know what I was doing) alongside our sessions.Sadly, I've moved cities and had to end my training with him. I'm not sure I'll find another personal trainer like James - he's actually managed to make me miss exercising! For that alone he deserves 5 stars.
