Village Bell tent and bar hire

We hired 6 tents including a wedding tent for our big day. Really pleased with them, all the guests commented on how comfy they were (including the ones with bad backs!) and the wedding tent was gorgeous! They put them up and took them down with minimal fuss and were really responsive to emails even though most of the organising was done during Covid lockdowns.

We hired 13 tents from Village Bells for our wedding this summer and they were brilliant. Very smooth set up and they even helped out with some other odd jobs! It was really windy and they popped back on the morning of the wedding to check everything had held up all right the night before. Many thanks

Used Village bells for our wedding last year. We hired 4 bell tents and a special wedding bell tent. They were excellent and everyone really enjoyed staying in them.

Very good shop, sells all types of equipment plus those little nicknacks you find very hard to get

We booked this company for a bell tent for the night before and night of our wedding on the 26th of May 2018. Firstly they said they would be at our venue at about 3pm on Friday the 25th, but in the end they got lost and did not get there until 9pm which I was fine everyone gets lost sometimes.They then said that the bell tent they had brought with them was mouldy! and they would need to drive back to the other side of Southampton (over 1 hour away) to get a new one. At the time we were offered a full refund which we thought was reasonable. This they did and they arrived back about 11pm I was told. Lucky I had somewhere else I could sleep that night as I had been planning to sleep in the bell tent. When I got up on the morning of our wedding I was happy to find the bell tent there, and we had no other problems with it that night.After our honeymoon tried to get in contact with the owner several times, I have called and left messaged and emailed (I don't feel this should be down to me to do) however I have had no contact from them at all and no refund. As we did get the tent for one good night we would have been happy with half a refund but we feel it has been very rude to just drop of the radar and not contact us as it was their mistake
