Kitty was absolutely brilliant especially in such odd times. She managed to keep a group of dance teachers (who are normally very physical and active) engaged and interested for 4 hours on zoom in our theory section for our course. To then be just as wonderful in person for our practical. Can’t thank her enough, feel well informed and a lot more confident in my first aid knowledge.

This was my first introduction to First Aid and I thought, given the constraints of a zoom training, it was still pretty good! Our trainer was thorough and gave helpful and interesting anecdotes to help understanding. In the absence of in person training, I still learnt a lot and feel confident to build on my First Aid knowledge.

They were able to answer any question put forward and we confident in their delivery. They provided practical demonstrations in a safe and effective way. Highly recommend.

Kitty has taught myself, my children and a whole lot of friends First Aid every three years for the last 9 years...Kitty is a fabulous teacher, extremely knowledgable and enthusiastic I wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful lady... I wouldn’t want anyone else to teach me.
