i recently bought a car from black country motoring. it was a great experience lovely car with extended warranty, friendly and professional staffs. i will recommend to my family and friends.

Bought a car from this garage on April the 29th, 2 weeks after the coolant pipe burst and the low oil was flashing on the dash. I told the garage I wanted a refund because it was under warranty they told me to go through the warranty which I did. Halfords. They then said that they did not want to work on the car due to the engine been out multiple times. I then took it to a local garage to get it fixed. Which they did. The same issue happened again but the coolant pipe burst but in a different place. By law I am meant to receive a refund or replacement vehicle. If the same issue happens again. Which it did. I thought this garage was genuine and had high hopes but this issue has made me not have any trust in small company garages anymore. I do not have much money so buying This was a big deal for me. I am now currently feeling distressed from this predicament. have been contacting this company by phone and email for 3 weeks now and received no response. one of the staff Assad has also deleted messaged off WhatsApp when I told him Halfords did not want to fix this car. I will be getting a solicitor involved if this is not sorted out soon.I bought this car Vauxhall insignia £2800Pe59 ebe
