I see that DfE are still encouraging schools to brainwash children with politics. Shouldn’t schools be about learning rather than shaping government?

After 25 years of teaching Science and contributing to my pension, I retired at Christmas. It is for the fourth month I am unable to get my pension. I complained to TP, the Department of Education and my MP William Wragg. The Pension Ombudsman wait is at least two years! The Department of Education is DISGRACE and is NOT prepared to look after its workforce!!! The complaint procedure is a shamble and the Teachers' Pension fails its statutory obligations of transparency in financial matters. The Department of Education needs to face up to its responsibility.
