From the moment I first spoke to Dale at DHC he was helpful and professional.I didn’t have to wait long for the initial assessment of the repair to be carried out, the quote arrived within a day! Very efficient! I had a problem with my gates which had been installed some years ago. Dale turned up quickly and sorted the problem within 15 minutes. He charged me only his modest call out charge. I would happily recommend him to anyone and he will be my first person I call in future.

Non responsive after first call out.They came to diagnose a gate issue 3 months ago, and I've been chasing ever since for a return visit to fit the replacement part. Radio silence from the company.Having paid for the initial call out, I now have to pay another firm for an initial call out, so that they know which parts to order, to fix it.

Highly recommend Dale: Gates, motors and finish are the best available. We ordered from Dale and the team at Ali Gates: we were given a quote from a site visit; a lead time for the Gates; a date for the installation and Dale delivered exactly to that. Professional installation job and a walkthrough to show how to operate the Gates. Thanks for a top job.
