A very friendly practice where all the staff endeavour to give you the best patient experience. You are valued and respected, the dentists take great care to explain any treatment required and the options available. I recently had to attend on an emergency appointment where the reception staff and dentist did everything they could to fit me in on the day of the call and to start treatment immediately; I couldn't be more grateful.

Absolutely disgusted with the service had more appointments cancelled then we have attended. Had a multi appointment booked for 2 kids and 1 adult cancelled on the morning of the appointment told to wait 3 more months for another one. Not the first time it's happened.If I could get another dentist for my family I would.

I rang 4 weeks ago and nobody answered the phone, I left a voicemail asking to book my son and myself an appointment for a check up and not had a response. I ring every couple days on breaks and after work and same old same old, no one answers the phone! Just tried again and phone was ringing for 4 mins and I eventually hung up says they are open until 6:30! If I could get into another NHS practice I would leave

Has anyone else had trouble seeing a dentist at the colosseum dental practice in Princess street, Yeovil? I have been cancelled 7 times now and each time the receptionist blames it on the dentist saying he is either on holiday or not very well. How do you know that you are going to be ill a week in advance?!!! I am disgusted with the way I have been treated, I have done nothing wrong. Colosseum dental practice please don’t take on new NHS patients if you can’t look after the patients that you have got!!!

Couldn’t be better. From walking in the door, the receptionist was welcoming. The dentist and assistant were both exceptional. A very good experience from somewhere everybody doesn’t really want to visit.

Where as I can understand Dentists are currently under a lot of pressure, having appointment after appointment cancelled proves to be be very frustrating. Nonetheless I am always polite and respectful when I phone reception to reschedule I only wish the same could be said for all the receptionists.

I was greeted by a very friendly team on reception.Maria and Amy were exceptional in their quality of work, Maria was very calm and reassuring which helped my anxiety a lot, the procedure was carried out very quickly and efficiently. By far the best dental experience I’ve ever had.

I have had four appointments here and three of them have been cancelled. Each time I am told at the last minute. I am self-employed and have now lost 6 hours work due to these cancellations. No effort is ever made to offer me an earlier space or any recognition of the impact it has on me. I can see from the reviews many people are experiencing the same. I recommend avoiding this dental practice.

Just had a cancellation for my wife's treatment in 2 days time! She is halfway through a long process which has involved the removal of most of her teeth and she was expecting impressions to commence. We have been told by reception that Rishi has left the practice and we can expect several weeks delay whilst a replacement is found. Meanwhile she has next to no teeth and is reluctant to even leave the house. 3 stars because Rishi was brilliant..

The dentist I saw was great but got the third degree from the reception when I called to make an appointment today. Was very rude and condescending. This is only my second time attending the practice and makes me hesitant to return.
