Very poor service, and unfriendly. Perhaps I was unlucky with the personnel but not even making an effort finding a book that I had a reservation on, no explanation, ignorance, was a shocking experience.

When you try to ask a question at the reception, they barely respond to you with unpleasant face. there was a lady today, she was on her phone and wouldn’t even look at me and responded unprofessionally. I think you need more professional representations.
