We had put our house on the market in October 2022 with another estate agent who did just one viewing in 5 months. In late February this year we changed to JDM - what a difference. We had regular viewings most weeks and in early May we got the offer we wanted and we exchanged today! There were a few frustrations along the way, (all to do with the Buyers solicitor), but Kelly and the team remained professional and kept us calm, nudged the solicitors, liaised with the buyers and despite another stressful hiccup this morning, got everyone over the line. An absolutely first class service from start to finish - we can't thank them enough.
