Visited on a recommendation, left with the most gorgeous anniversary bouquet. Customer service was impeccable, the girl who made mine, Ola I think was their name, was very friendly. And the shop is stunning.Would certainly recommend myself.

Had the best experience Sergiv and Ruslan were amazing!!! They made me the prettiest bouquet. I came at 11:30pm at night and it was honestly the best service. Highly highly recommend. The guys were so sweet and helpful!!!

Appalling quality flowers and customer service.We ordered flowers for mother's day for my partners mother - the image on the website could not be further from what was delivered (see images - these were £60 flowers).The flowers were partially dead on arrival and lasted 2 days. I complained, they offered to send another bunch out - kind of them but it turned out these weren't like for like and were much smaller than the last and arrived basically dead again.They were a gift for my partner's mother so she was of course embarrassed to tell me but told her son a couple of days later as we had clearly wasted our money. I got in touch again with Flower Station who said that because I contacted them 4 days after delivery (technically 3.5 as they were delivered in the afternoon) they wouldn't refund me but would offer me a £5 credit - as if I would ever purchase from them again?!! I said thanks but no thanks.To make things worse, they then decided to add me to their marketing texts so I get bothered every few days with the deals - the texts also don't have an opt out which isn't exactly GDPR friendlyI don't recommend.Further to Ben's email below - Flower Station did not offer another delivery to try to rectify the issue. They offered me a £5 voucher! If you would to rectify the issue and offer anotehr delviery containing a fresh bunch of flowers which aren't damage, that would be great. I don't agree the second bunch were delivered in transit as the box wasn't damaged - they were delivered half dead.

This is a lovely flower shop with some amazing varieties to choose from. The florist Margarita was very pleasant and extremely helpful. My girlfriend loved the bouquet, I will definitely be coming back again.

Terrible. Flowers arrived partially dead and crunchy. Husband ordered these for same day delivery. They claim they deliver same day for all of london however then backtracked and said they do not deliver same day to our area in west london (ealing)! We live next to the a40, approximately 30 minutes from central london. So this is quite clearly untrue of them. The flowers arrived 6 days later!! They claimed they don't have some of the flowers in stock, and said they'll replace some of them. They replaced with foliage! Certainly not worth £70. We messaged back and forth and said they liaised with their professional team that have decided that the flowers aren't dead. Sorry but, flowers aren't supposed to be crunchy? Alive flowers are supposed to be upright and soft to the touch, something they couldn't identify so I would most certainly be very very wary from ordering as they do not know how to tell alive flowers from dead ones. The kicker is they first offered £10 store credit! As if anyone would ever order from them again. They did eventually refund £10 which is appaling to be honest. All in all most definitely avoid, we order flowers regularly and it's the first time ordering from this place& we have never had an experience like this before! The first picture is today (3 days after arriving) and the second picture is the day they arrived. Mainly foliage, about 5 actual flowers in there
