The service we have received from Solutions in Technology Ltd. has been fantastic! We have been working closely with Lee and he is always on hand to answer/sort any queries or issues. The response rate has been extremely quick and it's been great to work with him and the company. Thank you for everything you have done for us this year.

Have been customers of SIT for a number of years now. Recently Lauren came out to see us to review our current arrangement and managed to upgrade our printers while still securing us an overall cost saving. She was very helpful.Within a matter of days of agreeing the new agreement an engineer was on site and the printers were installed and running.highly recommended

We recently moved our business account to SIT, after a long and turbulent contract with another supplier; SIT have gone above and beyond to provide us with a much more suitable phone and fibre contract, as well as installing a new phone system (3CX) and taking on our mobile contracts.It has been a refreshing change to be able to contact our account manager Vikki when we have needed them, as well as the relevant team member to deal with our queries. Installation was handled wonderfully by Lee, and any issues that have arisen have been dealt with quickly.Would highly recommend.

We used SIT's services for a photocopier/printer for several years. In a busy office with staff of varying levels of competence using it. The back-up from SIT was good and prompt. Friendly and reasonably priced. We have just ended our contract as we have downsized the company and moved to premises where we are already fully equipped. Good company and are to be recommended.

We have been using Solutions in Technology since 2014 for our phones, broadband and copier/scanner/printer, also a PC. Their service is great and have fabulous aftercare. Always prompt to help with any issue. We would highly recommend.

SIT Group have been looking after our printers for year and service has always been great. As a result we have now moved our telephone and broadband to them. The install was really easy as they dealt with everything and the system is easy and intuitive to use.

Shocking customer service. Induced into the agreement with promises and gifts (which failed to materialise). Have been stuck in contract with them for years and paid but continue to get chased for payments on invoices not due. Will be looking to consider options elsewhere as do not feel valued customer.

Solutions and Technology have provided us with excellent service for our new upgraded phoneline system with them. Ryan provided me with all the details required and made sure I 100% fully understood. The service guys that came and fitted the new line gave me full instructions on how to use the new system and the after care has been great.I would recommend using Solutions and Technology to anyone.

Do not even think of using this company. I have a multimillion pound operation and we took 4 photocopiers and a phoned system with them. They don’t follow their own contractual terms. For example when a junior finance member inadvertently cancelled the DD for the phones, without a word of warning they turned the phones off (I have 50+ staff and customers worldwide and suddenly and without warning - no phones). They did this without saying a word to us. We called to say there was a problem with the phones and they said that the bank had told them the DD was cancelled. A PAYMENT WASN’T EVEN DUE. This was entirely against their own T&Cs and in retrospect I should have taken legal action then. Subsequently found out their ‘salesman’ had entirely miss-sold the photocopiers, a fact which they didn’t even deny and instead sought to rely on T&C’s. The machines went into storage and I had to get another supplier. I did take legal action. They are obnoxious, clueless and have no business being in business. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

We have worked with Solutions In Technology for many years after having bad experiences with some large companies. We started off using them for our photocopying needs and over the years we have moved our telecoms, time and attendance system and our printers over to them.They provide us with excellent service and have never failed to deliver.All staff have proven to be helpful, informative and resourceful. We have always found Richard, Simon and Kevin very honest and forthcoming.We would not hesitate in recommending this company.
