Excellent service from first phone call to completion of work. Came when they said they would, checked aerial, explained what needed doing (in terms I as a complete layman could understand!) and carried out work effeciently and speedily. I would have no hesitation in using them again and would wholeheartedly recommend them.

A full 5-star rating for this company. A friendly, efficient service from a local company? Almost unheard of these days but not so with Digital Direct Aerials. Top marks for a first class service and I would have no reservations about recommending this company to family and friends. Thanks for you excellent service.

I had Gareth come out to my property, he was punctual, professional and generally pleasant. I had various questions about the installation and he was very knowledgeable about the products and service. I would highly recommend this company for just how quickly they could get someone out to help if for nothing else!! VERY IMPRESSED

I was unable to be at home to greet the engineers so my neighbour dealt with them. She said they were very friendly and polite. The engineer called me to tell me where they had been in the house and what the problem was (I needed a new Ariel). They explained everything in detail gave me a price and once I’d agreed they got on with installing a new Ariel. I have a ring door bell and I very pleasantly noticed they wiped their feet before entering my home. I only called the office the day before. I feel they dealt with my problem very quickly and effectively. Very pleasant lady dealt with enquiry . I have already recommended this company to my sister and I will definitely be keeping their number in my book.THANK YOU GUYS

Digital Direct were such a good company to have in to do work in our house. It’s our first home and quite anxious about having work done, but they were so polite, professional and extremely clean and tidy! Kept to their appointment times, and worked with us to make the most suitable appointment.Would definitely recommend them!!

Excellent service, could not have been more helpful. Elaine was brilliant, they had no appointments available at time of calling however called a little later to say could get an engineer to me. Would recommend them everytime.

Absolutly fabulous chap that came out to fit new Ariel point.So pleased...I wouldn't go anywhere else...most definitely recommend.Very fair price..brilliant service from start to finish .
