NT Systems

Christmas eve morning, home alarm system in fault mode, phoned NT systems to arrange a repair date, fully expecting a date in the new year. Claire the person who I was in contact with, said she had an engineer working a few miles away from my location. She promptly called me back saying the engineer would be with me in an hour, the repair went smoothly by the extremely competent and courteous engineer, first class service from all concerned, thank you.

Had a wireless alarm system and camera system installed 18 months back and it's been fantastic, would recommend this system. NT Systems guided me through the options available with expertise and knowledge of the systems. We had all out buildings and house on the system. The lads who fitted the system were highly professional and fitted to a high standard and left no mess. The after care service is the proof on how good a company really is, these have been just brilliant and would be more than happy to recommend NT Systems to anyone.

Having know the guys at NT SYSTEMS for many years I was confidant they would be the best people for the job of fitting my security system. They are fully up to speed on the latest technology in security matters. I get text messages from my alarm system if something's wrong! They fitted security lighting for dark winter nights which even has a bleeper so I know if someone's around the house. They turned up on time were very professional and friendly as it can be daunting having a stranger in your home. The security engineer put me at ease was very polite and friendly, tidy and clean. Everything was left as it was found after he had finished. The engineer talked me through how everything worked. Leaving me confidant in what I was doing and what my system could do. If I ever have a problem they are just at the end of the phone always happy to help. I can highly recommend. But I suppose that's why they are NACOSS gold star rated.

The quality of customer service offered by NT Systems is poor. Out of hours support is seriously lacking and follow up service is terrible. I would strongly recommend using an alternative supplier for your security needs in Huddersfield, be it alarms or CCTV. Very unhappy customer!

We have been a customer of NT Systems since 2005. Never had a complaint best service we have every received. Even family members have moved their alarms over to NT Systems. Nothing is too much trouble always available in an emergency deserve more than five stars if that was possible.

Absolutely excellent service! Just had lights, alarm & CCTV fitted - very professional setup (the CCTV is outstanding), can access the whole system & view the CCTV live from anywhere using an app. Nigel was extremely thorough & talked us through everything. Fitters were brilliant also. Couldn't be happier with it, would recommend them to anyone.

Their installations have been painless, servicing is always carried out on time with good engineers, and any alarm issues are dealt with efficiently. Their knowledge and expertise is greatly appreciated, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Having Dealt with NT Systems for over 20 years I can highly recommend the quality of their work and service. They have fitted 3 top end domestic systems, 2 cctv systems and 2 commercial premises systems for me and the quality of work speaks for itself and the backup has been great. You do have to pay more to get a quality service like this but its worth it for the knowledge and expertise they offer and the quality of the equipment they supply. Great company Highly Recommended
